The biggest spoiler of the governance (the bad governance) is the political leadership. At Nr 2 comes the poor education of the bureaucracy. At Nr 3 is the bad education and training of the official functionaries managed by the bureaucrats. And, at Nr 4 is the worst form of business management education that teaches how to sell the poor quality of 'education', products, and services, and the UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES that include cartelisation.
