PROPOSED MANIFESTO FOR AAP
I propose following points for inclusion in our Manifesto, which shall attract the Aam Admi of UP, Bihar, and all over India..
A Bring Back Black Money from Swiss Bank with in Three Months.
How that Money be used for Aam Admi?
1 Free education for All in Govt School, who can’t afford Pvt Schools
2 Govt Schools to be developed in infrastructure within 1 year
3 …..so many new Govt Schools to be developed in 3 years
4 …...so many new Govt Hospitals to be developed for free medical facility for all
5 Same Text Book / Syllabus in All Schools & Colleges
6 Admission to Engineering / Medical colleges based on Marks in 12 Class
7 No Pvt. Tuition Coaching Institutions
8 Compulsory 2 years Training in Military for admission in Colleges
9 No Colleges Fee for students, as education to like on the job training only
10 Interest on Education Loan to be made interest free for All Students
11 No Income Tax for Salaried People earning Rs 50,000 per person/family
12 Free Medical Facility for All
13 Just One Bank Account for All
14 Employment to All; Un-employment Allowance for people not in job
15 Police Personnel to be a Post Graduate only. All existing Police personnel without a Post Graduate Degree must be transferred to Military.
B Income Tax Norms to be revised as follows:
1 People earning below Rs 10,000 pmpp shall be treated as poor people. To explain pmpp criteria better, suppose a person is earning Rs 60,000 per month, and is supporting seven members in his family, then the earning Per Month Per Person(pmpp) is below Rs 10,000, and they shall not pay any income tax.
2 People with earning Rs 10,000 to Rs 30,000 per Month per Person (pmpp) criteria shall be termed as Aam Admi. To explain pmpp criteria better, suppose a person is earning 60,000, and is supporting seven members in his family, then the earning pmpp is below Rs 10,000, and they shall pay any income tax @ 5%.
3 For people with Income between Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 pmpp, Income Tax @ 10% shall be levied
4 For people with Income between Rs 50,000 to Rs 100,000 pmpp, Income Tax @ 20% shall be levied
5 For people with Income above Rs 100,000 pmpp, Income tax shall be levied @ 80%

Dear Arun Saxenaji. Your suggestion is absolutely valid and intentions very clear too. Just practically thinking, three months may be committing which MAY NOT turn out ti be true. Secondly, ifwe say three months does not give any added weight to our levels of Iintentions as we are now knownto be a party totally agaibst cocorruption sirji. So better to say balck money will br brought back as soon as possible on war footing. However, you may disagree to my above slight modification to your brilliant suggestions surji. more

" Arun je. They are no doubt very good intentions. Just to elaborate on your point, I can assure you that a SWIFT action to change IT act clause will be most effective weapon to force all black money investments in Real estate. more

Dear Amandeep, When I said bring back black money in three months, I knew that's impossible, but I want people to know our Intentions, and the one thing if there is a will there is a way. Three months' time is possible also. Lets join hands together to fight against corruption. See why the property rates are going up & up, why they are not going down though the flats are vacant for many many years. The reason is black money of Vadra, Rahul, Mayawati, etc.. is there, and they are in no hurry to liquidate the blocked money. If we had put in our money, we would have sold flats at cheaper rates than our cost to avoid EMIs to Bank. So we need to start fight against corruption from some where, and when we open the body to remove the cancer, we shall find many rotten parts in side, and cut off as well to avoid further spread of the disease. more
