Problem with Audi cars tires
Hi Friends,
My brother-in-law bought Audi car few months ago in 50 lakh apx. After few months he noticed bulge in 2 tires. He get them replaced by paying the negociated cost each tires cost 50,000. They replaced wrong tires so again he ask them to correct it. In next 2 months bulge came again so he did some research in his friend circle and internet and get to know that this is common and frequent problem which they claim as road side hole and tire pressure problem and customer has to pay for tires. after each bulge there is no solution then replacing the tires. now he is planning to file a case against them and wants to connect with more people who face same problem . he posted the details on below link on youtube -http://youtu.be/erV2naG5Tww more

He is working on it. But things does not workout so easily here. But yes keeping a car with 1 lakh rupees manufacturing defects repairing expenses every month is not a wise idea too. more

Why not he try consumer court. Now you have to log the case with consumer court and they do the needful . Write complain mail to Audi car with cc to consumer court and cc to tyre company. more

Thanks Mr Mahesh, I will share this info with my bro-in-law probably it could help him but as of now he is only wants to file a case against them because even a 3-4 lakh rupees cars tires dont burst in every 2 months. He tried to contact their customer service, higher management but noone bothered about this issue. They only trying to earn money in this way. His friend also bought one audi and facing same issue again and again. These people not even answers on mail. Worst part is they ignore call and mail on this matter. And after few days they will call or mail by asking to replace the tire in one lakh rupees. Trust me this is horrible experience. more
