PRIVATE SCHOOLS : BUSINESS IN THE NAME OF EDUCATION

Can we think about having a uniform educational law where all our coming generation stands in one line! This would help to put an end the the "money laundering" thru educational institutions as many politicians have their own schools running in Delhi. Why can't government schools get up-to-date with modern educational standards. Also the fee of schools should be under an authority with Govt. monitoring. more

We may not need modern facilities but basic facilities are do required besides good atmosphere. more
i do agree with u ms swati that atmosphere is imp. but attitude of teacher is most imp nd more than that head of any institution. with environment facilities r also imp. and gurukuls were best because they have good teachers and much more facilities than other schools .if u talk abt kv's no doubt they r good bt the que is how many? private schools r good nd that too in a huge number and the reason is "aim" , aim to be ahead of every other institute. more
I teach a few students... Govt kvs hav good facilities... Better responsible n bright students than the private one... Modern facilities r not a requirement for edu.. It just need an atmosphere... Do remember the gurukuls... more
LOT OF GRANTS/FUNDS ARE RELEASED THROUGH VARIOUS PROGRAMES SUCH AS DISTRICT PRIMARY EDUCATION PROGRAME AND SARV SHUKSHA ABHIYAN ETC. FOR BETTERMENT OF GOVT. SCHOOLS BUT THESE FUNDS ARE EITHER MISMANAGED OR MISAPPROPRIATED. THE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS NEEDS TO OVERHAULED. more
Politicians channel their unaccounted money in Schools, Hospitals and Aviation Sector. Many politicians/ministers have their Civil Aviation Companies owning Aircraft/Helicopters which are hired out to Corporates or their own Govts/Political parties for official tours/election duties etc. So the money just changes colour while going from one pocket to another. more
