Positive changes
While its too nascent to judge the present government in Delhi one thing for sure is that there is lot of expectations that they need to meet.
The people who crib when faced with a corrupt official asking for bribe are the same ones who no not mind paying to get off a traffic ticket.
Change is required and the best place to start is from within.
In India where we face long lines and the widening gap between rich and poor it may be frustrating at times when you are kept waiting for a service not because of the inefficiency of the department/personnel but due to the fact that there is huge population to cater to.. This is where we start corruption by voluntarily offering bribe to get preferential treatment.
Say no to bribe ... Not only when asked for but also when presented with...

Great to read everyone's view and another experience by Mr. Ganga Prasad. Third fourth real one in a day. If a third white paper is created on this and shared with broader media, it will drive change faster at all levels. Mainstream media should focus on this rather than covering basic news about who said what. more
