Poor experience with youbroadband internet connection

I am a user of youbroadband internet connection from last 7-8 months, my experience is so poor, specially on reliable connectivity, service response time. if i count 24x7 duration in 7-8 months then average 12-14hrs internet is available and most of the time case when we are at need of internet then it goes and when it will resume connectivity god only knows. if we raise complain then every time we have to listen same sentence and word as it is written script with customer care executive. in last 7-8 months, twice my internet connectivity was not available for more than a week duration even i was making call every day to local office in Gurgaon and central customer care number to get issue resolve and internet should work. One an average twice in week, I use to get message from youbroadband that service not available due to cable problem, due to power failure etc. just today case: my internet connectivity gone on 3rd June around 3pm, i raise complain on same day (3rd june) and follow up every day atleast twice, no one turnup in last 3days, yesterday i dropped mail (number of times in past also) , no response, I never got any response, only acknowledgement that mail received. today their technician visited me and he found problem at distribution box fitted on pole at road side, he has done just 3-4min work and connectivity established. This is my experience with youbroadband internet connection and service support. please think twice before taking connection, specially if you are in need of reliable connectivity. if anyone else also have good or bad experience with any other internet service provider please share, so that common people should aware all these service provide and their services and response. more  

I had similar experience with TataTele;then shifted to AIRTEL. Since then no issues. Response time 2/4 hrs for any complaint which is very rare more  
Who is the service provider ? I have had no problems with Airtel. more  
I am also using You for over the last 4 years & face same problem. Now I have also taken another connection from Airtel as a standby option. I believe all ISP's are similar. more  
This is the problem of all broadband users! There is no SLA for consumers from the providers side. We should fight it out. more  
why don't you try bsnl at least they listen more
