Political Funding Tax Evasion modus operandi
Heard of a tax evasion scheme. Person donates, say, ₹10L to a political party. Gets ~35% IT benefit (for taxable income >50L). The political party returns back ₹9L. Political party converts it's black money to white. Taxpayer saves ₹2.5L. Apparently happening at a big scale. more

What I can understand from the post is that the party returns Rs. 9 lakhs in cash. Is that right? Then where and how does the party show this amount? more

Where is the black money. 2.Why do we forget the infrastructure companies suddenly between 13-14( during the expected formation of the new government) have shown the whole bank loan as a loss.( The intrest was so high the banks were forced to write of a portion of that)( It went for discussion every where). Where did the money go how much has gone. Do any channel discuss about the international law adopted in the ENFORCEMENT DIRECTORATE. What it is( people money lost, illegal transactions and transfer etc). more
