Police Verification of Tenants in Noida
An IPS officers rented home in Noida has been found to be biggest hub of narcotics and been raided. It was rented to People from Nigeria and no background verification was done before renting to them.
Can I request DM and SSP to make background verification of tenant process completely online. No one wants to visit your police station. Please get this done or you will keep having such cases come up. And if u cant do it, just outsource it. more

Most inefficient and corrupt police as well as Noida authority....better to go physically and get the work done. more

Dear Mr Chopra , you are absolutely correct, but in NOIDA all noise about online services is just a farce, no one responds , the NOIDA Authority CEO and his officers email ids do not function and doubt they even read it as no response even an acknowledgement is recd, at least online submission of verification details will ensure that documents are with Police authorities which they struggle to get after an incident happens. Beat officers should check who are tenants and if the verification documents are not submitted then action be taken, help from RWA can be taken more
