Please Suggest Action against AVA Systems

This is to bring into your kind notice that I made an inquiry for Mobile signal booster with one of the vendor AVA systems on 13/01/2019. I was told by their sales person One Abhishek that he would arrange for a free demo on the same day especially for the product Seguro SSG703: 2G (GSM) & 3G Mobile Signal Booster. I was told that i could use the same for 2-3 days for my satisfaction. They took INR 3000k from me by telling me that its a deposit that they usually take for the prospective customer to use it for 2-3 days and On inquiry why it is being taken i was later informed by them on a call they said that INR 500 would be deducted every day, their service engineer didn't utter a word on this aspect during the demo. and when i informed them the next day asking them take the instrument back lying at my place as i don't have the budget right now and would consider buying this in future by making a call first and sending a sms to the sales person Abhishek, he/they didn't pay any heed to my request by sending a person to collect from me on the same day. The following 2nd day on my inquiry and request they would send a person and further added that they would deduct INR 1000 which is absolutely unethical and unprofessional. Neither Their invoice and terms and conditions don't say a thing about this nor their website https://avasystemssignals.com has any content mentioning the same. I believe this is another new way of extorting money in the name of security deposit with no intention of them paying back to prospective customers. Shall I go to police to register a complaint against them. I am fine if they deduct INR 500 since i might have used it for a day knowing or unknowingly but they cant unnecessarily charge me on something which i didn't use and having being well informed in advance to collect it from my place on 13/01/2019 which they fail to collect and i should not be held responsible and be burdened/taxed by something which i didn't use. I am fine even if they return me my INR 2500 which is still ethical. though this is a very small amount but yet i am registering a grievance against such vendors especially AVA Systems who are unnecessarily a duping prospective customers by hiding facts on their services. I humbly request the competent authorities to take stern actions against such vendors , and help return my money value INR 2500 back and also reprimand them for such acts so that they don't indulge in such type of activities in future which causes unnecessary problems to common law abiding citizen of India. more
