Please Guide for Sales of Home Made Aurvedic Meds

One of my friends who belongs to a poor family and they make 2 -3 Aurvedic and Unani medicines which can be applied externally as well as consumed.
I want to help them sell the medicines in retail or online, what Licenses or other legalities do we need to follow.
Can anyone guide me please.
These medicines are very very effective and I want to make it available to the masses which will benefit my friend as well as the masses. more

There are so many quacks in india making all sorts of drugs in the name of herbs and Ayurvedic etc , the contents of which are not known and no human tests are done. If you say these medicines are very effective, on what basis - your own experience of trying these medicines or many more people??? I would not advise to market any such products and would also request Marketing consultant not to indulge in such practices of promoting these products content of which are not known - many are found to contain even steriods. more
