Play centers in Noida
In Noida in the various malls around we have multiple play centers for children. Recently our friend's 9 year old got hurt in a play center in mall of india when using the bouncy. it took lot of time for the center manager and the parents to figure out what had happened and then take her to the hospital.
My question to administration is what is the training and safety procedures to be followed by such centers. do they have necessary first aid kits and staff training. what about the rides themselves - are they tested for safety. who is the nodal officer in noida administration responsible for this or is it just left to establishments to look after this aspect?? more

Play centre in the mall has become a business. Safety is appearing on the paper only not on the site. This must be stopped. more

Safety of children has to be the business of Noida authority, who are giving permission to run different play centers in the Malls in Noida. Surely they must be having frequent inspections of all these centers & maintaining stringent safety standards by enforcing training of the operators and the connected staff. If not, let this be a wake up call since the citizens are paying taxes to avail these facilities. more

I quite concur with the suggestion there should be adequate training of the staff deployed at all such play centres which should be equipped with first aid kits.It should be subjected to periodical evaluation. Shafi Alam..ex-Dg/police (sector-50) more
