Patience is the most wanted in the present scenario for pessimists.

I had many times shared my view in this post regarding the expectation of public from new MODI GOVT. We have suffered enough in UPA regime without talking a word against the GOVT for 10 years. But we are not able to give at least two years time to the NDA. We are commenting desperately in such a way that the confidence of neutral people on govt should go. Being a supporters of the MODI govt we should not lose our patience at least for two years. We all knew that the present set up or set of procedures or laws themselves will become obstacles for change. Hence we have to give enough time to new govt and Let us comment at least after two years.

Totaly agree with Mr Kamaraju's view. When we could tolerate not just inaction and paralysis of governance but the cancer of high level corruption for all these decades why is it people are getting so restless in asking for results of the new Government so soon. The New Government has indeed made all the right moves, indicated a healthy attitude and direction and things have started moving. Very fast and high handed actions in a system and democracy like ours filled with all sorts of vested interets is asking for trouble. One cannot even enforce the elementary discipline of coming to on time and leaving on time leave alone doing a good day's work on the Government babus lest they politicise the issue and derail working and implementation of the many healthy changes and initiatives the new dispensaion is planning to bring about. Whatever changes, especially in matters like improving work ethos and culture, attitude and outlook towrds nation building and contribution etc. has necessarily to be a slow and steady affair in India. Nothing less. Otherwise the thing is bound to back fire and we will have to be throwing the baby with the bath water. Regarding big ticket policy changes and shifts there is every indication work is on in full earnest. Regarding overhauling of redundant, meaningless and outmoded laws, reforming labour laws, foreign relations, inviting FDI, cutting red tape, etc. etc. more
Very right sirji, initiatives which govt. is taking took time to give
results. more
Why anyone should call for account..... We are responsible too to contribute in the good governance. We must do our bit before questioning others ! more
I support Kamaraju's views. Pessimistic mob need to come out of their shells and understand 60 years of congress legacy to the nation is reactive and power/self centric. Which means system established was mostly serving self goals of the people in the power and least consideration given on general good or long term good to the nation. I call this set up is decease. To cure this decease it needs support, time, efforts and persistence. Today the nation has given good support to Modi. So far in my observation Modi's efforts are excellent but we need to give modi a time to be persistent. Pessimistic mob please relax and monitor.............please resist/reserve your judgement. more
