Ortho problem

Lately I tend to have stiff back after my morning walks (6 km). Right side of lower back starts hurting and restrains right leg. What could this be? Sciatica?

As said reduce your run and walk to half.Use yoga for small time to send oxygen to all parts.Increase in take of calcium and D-3 if you are above 65 years more

Hi, low back aches with radiation to leg, could be a sign of nerve compression in the back. A good examination by an orthopaedic or neurosurgeon will be helpful in finding the cause. In the meantime avoid forward bending and weight lifting and do some hot fomentation over the lower back. Keeping your knees bent while lying down will help relieve the pain going down the leg. more

In case you have normal BMI, reduce fast morning to 4km and time 40 minutes, then check the pains. more
