Open space in the society.
If the open space is required to keep as per the sanctioning authority while passing plans of a building. If yes then what is the law to stop the open space use by the members as well as tenant for the business and subletting of the open space in front of shops. If there is no law then society can build more shops and convert it into open shops for the business and earn like anything. If there is a law then it it call encroachement ? if yes whether this department is controlled by corporators?

Vilas kobatgi hi, Pune We are in the HC for 15 yrs and the encroachers are making money at the rate of RS 20 cr per yr. Even if we win, who will compensate us for money list and facilities denied? Dayanandji, Pune The BJP and SS hv been ruling BMC for years. No use. Corruption, bad roads, illegal construction, rising property taxes, surplus budget of no use to citizens, etc. What is RS 40000 cr budget for.....Reduce taxes....Anyway Corporator are getting richer by the hour. Don't have any hopes....There will be no improvement. more

This is a problem of Pune Municipal Corporation. Hitherto public could do nothing and now that Corporation is with BJP we can expect something could happen. There should be a joint approach. Is it possible to identify specific instances of violations by owners and builders.
