Now, grading system to judge Ministers' performance

The performance of BJP MPs in the Parliament is going to be reviewed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, sources have revealed.
The BJP parliamentarians will be watched closely and a monthly report card will be prepared for them.
The report card will be based on the MPs participation in the house on parameters like what questions were asked, which issues were raised, attendance etc.
Modi will himself review the performance of the MPs depending on how well they have performed in the house.
Their performance will form the basis of promotion and allocation of ministries.Those who lag behind will be served reminders to improve. more

The ideas of the NDA govt.are very good but so many changes are being brought at a time and unless the mind set of politicians is changed which is a question mark at present it is too early to conclude that how much success it will get.we have to wait and watch,it will take at least a year to see changes coming physically. more

In Judicial System Government cant tame the Lawyers as Advocate. but may create a a cadre of Vakils, Mukhtiars ( Attorney ) who could appear in petty cases in Lower Court as before 1960 Fee for Advocates is very high when poor prople cant pay and failed to get Justice , Advocates leave work on instructions of District Bar Association as they Govern on the instructions of Bars, more

This should be introduced in all govt depts also. Without KRA system nobody will function. Even judiciary needs this. Just like in cricket bowlers are penalized for slow rate, lawyers and judges should be punished for vaaydha or postponements. more
