Notorius Noida Builders to Jail
Its quite bold for the Noida Authority new chairman to say that the government will lodge criminal cases against “notorious” builders and send them to jail.
He has requested his team to collect details such as project name, funds collected from buyers, funds spent on construction, quality of work at the site and irregularities commissioned in the housing project.
All should come forward and furnish this information and then let us see if action happens. more

With the new government, the matter is definitely being taken seriously. Now the result finally depends on decisions taken by the Judiciary, should it come to that stage. We all know how long a court case takes. more

Narender you are right. Mr Padam yes jail term for them will bring in accountbility. Builders are the only profession who are not accountable for their job nor is there any transparency. We must force them to adhere to these two principles. more

In fact government should also investigate the transfer of assets of builders liquidated in last ten to fifteen years with detailed investigation and I am sure they will find out the real cause of builder failure too. more
