Why can we imprison Akhilesh Yadev/Mulayam Singh, and replace all police people in UP? I have been endorsing capital punishment, which our group is not supporting, but can we say that Police Personnel involved in rape must be accorded capital punishment, cutting their instrument, so that they can never rape again.

A visit to Ahmedabad (Gujarat) would be an eye opener for anyone regarding state of affairs of BJP ruled states. You will not find traffic police on any of the roads except Ashram Road, Income Tax circle and a few other places where they have adequate protection by way of nearby Police Station. People just don't bother or care for traffic police or traffic rules. Youngsters go without helmet, if stopped, they take the helmet from their dicky or hanging on the hook and wear it for posterity sake only to remove it a little ahead. Several instance of traffic police being beaten by common public on roads...which is why traffic police have left people to fend for themselves. Might is right is the rule. However many youngsters have been inducted in Traffic Police Department in Delhi and you can see the crack on almost every road even on Sunday mornings busy stopping vehicles especially RJ, HR, UP registered vehicles. The once detested Bihari's who were held responsible for unclean Delhi...are now in power. Manoj Tiwari as BJP City president has Delhi-ite's bowing to Bihar power. However I tend to agree with Mr.Arun Saxena that rapes and murders have become a routine thing in Delhi/NCR and especially in BJP ruled states as goons with political protection are running riots and Police Adminstration has their hands tied behind their back. Government even controls judiciary favoring a Judge over her senior colleagues. more

This nexus between govt & vested interest will be better and widely understood as days go bye. The existence of this connection was realized, by some very common people, even while campaigning was in progress, but media blitz, anger against the congress, the third alternative-AAP- being an inexperienced party & Modiji playing the backward caste card so subtly & strategically, drowned the truth, at least, for the time being.
