No Labour Laws applicable for 3 years

it has exempted industries in the state from ALL LABOUR LAWS for the next 3 years. Attached Notification. Big relief for industry. All states should do this

Only these labour laws will apply:
*Building and Other Construction Workers Act
*Section 5 of Payment of Wages Act
*Workmen Compensation Act
*Bonded Labour Act more  

Feel, this is not a very wise decision, neither it will create employment or significant growth in the industry sector. On the contrary, most of the companies mainly manufacturing sector will take advantage to exploit workers and defy the laws. Factory anf Labour inspectors must ensure that existing companies continue adherence to the existing laws. more  
It is a good move - but there should be at least one safe guard to avoid exploitation more

It's a good move, but must be careful so that small entrepreneurs (SMEs) don't start exploiting by paying less and showing more? This has always been the danger? The best would have been Govt. taking over EPF etc. or employer contribution etc. could be exempted (something like this will be more prudent) more
