The Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court has held that groping a child's breasts without 'skin-to-skin contact' would amount to molestation under the Indian Penal Code but not the graver offence of 'sexual assault' under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.
This is what happens in local trains, buses, queues, theaters and so many places. Why not have a more stricter punishment for this? more

I agree with the thoughts expressed by an Anonymous Circle Member above. Excess of things make us more vulnerable. Why the Law presumes that women are always right and to be believed while men are always wrong and not to be believed? We talk of equality but where is it? Nowadays women are treated more than equal. more

This is partially correct. The Woman should get respected. even In Hindu Religion goddess having their importance. But in another case. The Laws are double sided weapon. There are possibilities that women may misuse the laws as happened in family disputes. I saw the scientist In Law make FIR for harassments against her in law who is bed ridden due to paralysis. The Lady which can not stand , can't speak , like as a Live dead body get arrested by laws. So every thing getting in limit is good , but excess become poison. The same thing is happened. The western Peoples broke Joint family Culture silently by forwarding the word Ladies freedom , talent , financial strengthening , Independence , targeting Ladies ONLY. see most of advt. It is female centered. The Dress becomes shorter & tight . These become mind more criminal. You cannot expect that lion or tiger will leave target. Male & females are two wheel of nature & to keep it running both should stand equal. The Rape & other Harassments skin contacts , daily Followings , bad remarks these should be punishable. more
