No cabs in Noida after 11 pm
Last week my cousin who visited us and left around 11:30 to go to gk 2 could not find Ola uber or black taxi in sector 93. Ola guy took the ride and then wanted us to cancel because he didn't want to go.
DM noida may kindly call the reps of these companies and tell them at least have drivers comply with the app. They must be getting so much business in day time. I m sure business ppl are also facing troubles more

I agree with Mr. Sanjeev Singhla regarding flat Toll charged @ Rs. 100/- per entry / exit whereas they are supposed to charge only the actual toll charged by MCD which is around Rs. 45/- per entry / exit. The cab operators are fleecing the customers and no Govt. agency is there to check their high handedness. They are not only charging per Km, but also charging per minute of drive time in addition to Rs. 20 to Rs. 28 per Km for initial 5 Kms. The licensing authority of Delhi Govt. must initiate action for wrong business practices adopted by taxi operators in the NCR. The driver not willing to take up the drive should be supposed to intimate the Cab Operator as also the customer and the Cab Operator should arrange another cab for the customer. I have also experienced the same problem number of times. The customer keeps on waiting for the cab and when contacted, the drives says that he is not willing. In case the customer cancels the ride, the Cab Operator charges cancellation charges. more

While I have not faced such a issue but I entirely agree with Tej and Shalini that Ola/Uber should be instructed that no refusal by drivers will be entertained between 10 pm an 6 am. Safe and reliable transport is a must especially during this period when somebody needs to get across either in an emergency or even otherwise. I also want to raise one more issue and that is of Entry Tax levied on these taxis by the Delhi Govt for Taxis entering Delhi from Noida. These companies are charging Rs 100.00 on this account and is a big burden on the commuter. Since Noida is part of NCR this tax should be done away with. more

It is without denial that availability of DTC facility have contributed to the establishment of Noida in comparison to Gurgaon. At the same time non availability of reliable taxi/auto between Noida and Delhi is slur on administration. This requirement being put up to various authorities has been unsuccessful till date. Yes I agree too, I share my personal experience if you have any such issues with Ola/Uber specially please call their toll free no and inform them about the experience and they make sure to take the necessary action. I had similar experience at Delhi Airport last month, Its works. more
