The situation on LOC & Pak border is growing bad to worst. This is a serious issue concerned to all, specially for state UP, where each village & 65% of homes have big Quantity of representative /Combatants in defence services at various position & places.The figure goes high when you includes retired Veterans in this list.There is likely hood thereat of NBC War. We would like to take attention of Top Administration to provide awareness on subject to general public & Counter Measures to seek safety & security for individuals during NBC attack. Delhi being capital of India is a most targeted "VA/VP" and NCR is equally falls in danger Zone.Therefore its a need of awareness of such "NBC" effects & safety.

Thank U Om Bhati sir. Yes fools use all weapon for the Destruction. Wise try to use Weapon for Construction. Yes we can leave a civilized world to our children a world Unlike Bhopal gas tragedy victims or Hiroshima Nagasaki Victims. For such I have founded a Tad Dvam Asi Trust to Eradicate malnutrition, to Eradicate cross Border Terror Nurseries as Business Houses, to Eradicate (Plug & Bring back) Black Money in to jan Dhan account. I have the action plan but there is no body to listen. I sent it to PM, and very many authorities, it goes to dustbin a usual it appears. Yet I keep writing.
