My solution to corruption in Government offices

According to my management vision, corruption starts from the top. And in our government offices, it is the top officials who allow corrupt practices and share the booty with down the line officials who collect money for them.

The Solution to this is only one:

Get retired honest IAS officials who had impeccable service records to head the departments. Who are strict administrators like Ex police commissioner Rebero, Like Kiran Bedi, and many many others like IAS official Ashok Khemka , IAS officer Durga Shakti, Ex Pune Commissioner Arun Bhatia, some Retired judges who have clean and impressive service records and admin experience, who have impressive track records when it comes to corruption free civil administration.

Let each government wing work under such strong characters who can change administration over night from corrupt practices with their ability to lead down the line administration with corruption free functioning. Strict administrator at the top who has an hake like vision on his staff and knows how to discipline his staff like an Army Admiral, only then corruption at all levels will stop.

Officials are corrupt because their superiors are corrupt. Corruption starts from the top and not from the lower level staff. If the top head is clean and non corrupt and his staff is corrupt, then he or she is not qualified to head the department. Because as a head of the dept if he or she does not know what is happening in his/ her department, you have wrong person heading the department.

So the only solution to eradicate corruption from govt departments at all levels... FIND MODI AS THE TOP HEAD. FIND KIRAN BEDI, FIND REBERO, AS THE TOP HEAD.

LET THE DEPT BE HEADED BY A STRONG ADMINISTRTOR WHO IS NON CORRUPT. WHO CAN DELIVER AND CHANGE THE ROT IN THE SYSTEM.

GET RUTHLESS, EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE ADMINISTRTORS. more
