My Broadband (MTNL) was not working
Please suggest. MY broadband worked only for first week of August 2013 and became functional only 30 of August.
I have submitted the complaint to Zonal office in Preet Vihar however no use. The bill was paid in full and there is no reversal. I think I should get the waiver for entire amount more

Dear Mr. Vinay Negi, I can advise you the rights in this case. If your broadband has not worked for more than 15 days after complaining to the MTNL, you are entitled for a rental rebate of one month. You are required to pay only the usage charges. This is your right and you should get this relief. more

no there is no legal issue at all. only that you put it in writing what is the issue on the mail and then when they demand tell them to read your mail and as them to adjust. see it is just business ledger debit and credit of bill and your demand. simple legal case cost thousands of rupees in fees, so they will not take that action more

Good suggestion Mr. Jain to deal with cheaters. Will it cause any legal issues? I plan to use my internet for the period it was down and than tell them either adjust my bill or disconnect, I will not pay current month bill. more

other solution is fight in their way. Keep using the phone or internet for 2/3 months without paying till they themselves disconnect it. Still do not pay and go for another service provider. more
