Khan, an estate officer with NDMC, was shot dead on May 16, a day before he was expected to pass an order on the terms of the lease of The Connaught, a four-star hotel.
The hotel's owner, Ramesh Kakkar, was arrested along with six others for the murder of Khan. Kejriwal has been saying Girri and NDMC Vice Chairman Karan Singh Tanwar, who also belongs to the BJP, played a suspicious role in the murder of Khan, which has not been investigated.

The utmost worry in the system: Governor and LG have become a pawn of the party governing center. Fair investigation is blocked at the very first step when Delhi Police is controlled by the same party in power. Very obvious why Mr. Girri is so fearless. more

Well, I agree with both Mr. Ram Yadav & Mr. Subhash Sharma that it is sheer Dirty Politics & Political Conspiracy played by Center against Delhi. Mr.Subhash has rightly said that the "Men in Center" are Goons Governed by Bigger Goons & can go to any extent. more
