No one uses a wheelchair for luxury, it is a genuine need for the disabled and such high price is sheer exploitation. It has to be booked while Booking the Ticket. And it was Free all these years. But due to this a lot of capable people were also using it. Thus genuine People were deprived of this. This was the condition at most of the Airports. But Rs 1180/- charging is very high, specially for Senior Citizens who deserve to use it. more
Please do book wheel chair also while booking your ticket. If the airline doesn't provide the FREE SERVICE you may SUE them. This is the basic RULE. more
