Modi Marketing skills

Hi, Your article seems to be well researched, but has left me totally confused. It seem to infer that the policies followed by UPA are the better option. What is the use of good policies , when there is so much leakage, that its own policies do not not translate into the desired results ?
It may be nicer to have a Government that works , and offers to take concrete action against the corrupt
Modi has done , so much to market himself, after all the money for this marketing of himself and his model , will have to be borne by the citizens. All this marketing may see him on the throne, and he has all the money power to make his wish come true.

At least if AAP got the numbers , it would make a good opposition. At the heart of policy making , should be inclusive growth for all, and uplifting of the many below the poverty line. I am sure that talent to achieve this can be hired. Akbar the great was not educated formally, but relied on his Nav Ratanas and is hailed as one of the great Emperors of India. Dharma has to be at the heart of policy making, otherwise nothing changes for the masses.

Thats where Kejri failed...dispite being in the system as a technocrat he miserably failed to govern a State like Delhi...why was he in hurry... He started on a wrong footing accepting the support of Congress...!!!! Now jumped to Varanasi..! more
I failed to understand the logic of Sanjjiv Nehra. Who runs government? What kind of experience is needed? How experienced was Laloo Yadav, Rabri Yadav, Mayawati, Mulayam Singh Yadav, Kalyan Singh, Akhilesh Yadav, Devgowda? They have been chief ministers and prime minister without any prior experience. The objective is clear -" Defeat the Prevailing System", alternate system will replace it. What is needed is the intention, nothing else. It is bureaucracy that runs the government, not the leader. Leaders just have to indicate its priority and take policy decision in the larger interest of the nation. If the officers know that the government of the day has zero tolerance towards corruption, the notion will inhibit them from indulging into it. Set stringent punishments for corruption, the corruption will subside. They indulge in corruption, because they know that they will get through by bribing upwards or their case in judiciary will see them through superannuation. Rule of law is to be enforced, no one should allowed to take rules in one's hand. Governance is not a rocket science, leaders just need to have a clear and honest vision, the way will be paved. more
I know AAP chief since long....leave Modi aside...AAP cann't be better in anyway....they needed experience at one point to prove themselves but misrabaly failed to make a mark... Modi is a PM candidate...he will have to look after the interest of the State....AAP no way a part in National interest.... more
Dear Mr. Sanjjeev Nehraa AAP getting few seats post election will be bad for the Nation...! Do you think so.....? He should have stuck to Delhi for State Assembly instead of jumping to Varanasi...?? Why? He believes in his fame.. his ego...!! Are you sure? How will he serve Varanasi..??? How will Modi serve varanasi in case elected, better than that Arvindji will serve Varanasi! Forget the rest of your commends! So you don't trust AAP winning this election? Right! My dear you don't know anything about AAP. You don't know what is happening in the grass rout level. You just watching the paid TV channels and print media. If you have several thousand crores of money then you can also do the same gimmic in TV and media. One more thing! Modi is not going to loose anything due to his defeat in Varanasi and perhaps in Vadodara too because all the money came from Ambani and Adani like Corporates! Since Modi is the CM in Gujrath, recovering the money will be an easy task for him. Simply sell some more (Few Thousand Acres of (Government-Public) Land to the corporates! That's all. The game is over!!!!!!!! Just wait the same time till 16th of this month, I want to see you in this circle again. Till then regards John Scariachan more
