Modi led Government key roles

Friends,

To me a Modi led Government is looking like a high probability unless something dramatic happens.

It is very important that the right set of people are selected for key ministerial positions based on merit (not on relationship with Modi ji or years in the party/work done during election)

I would like us to present views and debate how are the best candidates for:

Home
Finance
External Affairs
Defense
Telecom
Commerce
Women and Child

These births if filled right can set us on the right path. Unofrtunately, the most people that were there in many of these births in the Vajpayee led Govt were not right guys (according to me atleast).

Please share views on who and why they should be the person. If even 100 of us share view, it can create some meaningful inputs for party. more

Home - ? Finance - Dr Subramanyam Swamy External Affairs - ? Defense - ? Telecom - Ravi Shankar Prasad Commerce - ? Women and Child - Smriti Irani Modi team needs some serious executors if they get lucky and elected. Many of the old school were incapable and are incapable. Plus the adminsitration will need strong model/process that everyone has to adhere to. Transparent, IT powered and holds these department holders accountable like coorporate department managers. Otherwise, it will the good old ways of NDA when nothing got done. more
I am sure this wont happen this time ( i dont know about 2004) more
"Unless something dramatic happens " that is the key line . Its clear that Cong-CIA-ISI-Islamist-Marxist nexus is trying its best to rig the EVMs unless BJP has a counter to this , repeat of 2004 is in all probability will be a reality . Many of us know that 2004 elections were rigged by then CEC MS Gill in favour of Cong . Gill was given sports ministry as a reward . I fear the repeat of 2004 as many EVMs malfunctioned , many peoples names were missing from voters list & there is no paper trail on EVMs as per the direction of SC ... more
MR Modi is a dynamic leader and effective administrator. In order to ensure that he succeeds in his endeavours, he must select his own team and be responsible and accountable for achieving his vision for the country. It will therefore be prudent to give him the flexibility to get the right person for the right job who is nationalistic and loyal. Let us not bind him with protocols and other unprofessional considerations. I sincerely wish him well for running a dedicated and professional team. more
