Transferring at the whim is not only prevalent in the government offices. They exist in private companies also. The main problem is lack of accountability in the babus and modern day biased & insensitive media more

1. THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM IS BUREAUCRACY. 2. Make the IAS and PCS officers responsible for implementation of various assignments and tasks as per pre-defined SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). They have authority. If they exert things move in right way. But they are NOT accountable. They are transferred at the whims of politicians without articulating what they achieved against the targets. 3. Shuchita - honest functioning - of bureaucracy has gravitational effect downward. Shuchita flows from the top. more

We are all responsible for the current situation because we accept it. How many of us protest and take a stand not take any non-sense from politicians and babus? Instead we worship them and honour them by making them chief guests and guests of honour. Stand up and be counted. Modi alone cannot change Bharat. more
