Mobikwik is a Cheat
On 23rd of Nov, 2019, I pay 1000 rs. to IGL smart card by MOBIKWIK WALLET. The money was deducted from my MOBIKWIK Wallet by MOBIKWIK but not received by IGL. I contacted to MOBIKWIK and they raise ticket and they maild I will get my money back in 48 Hours. After that they may be delete my account. Whenever i try to login this app app popup comes invalid user. I also have 2000 rs in my MOBIKWIK wallet. more

I think there may be some regulating agency for these wallets. Mr. Nirdosh Kumar should complaint to the appripriate agency, including concerned government department / Ministries and bring it to their notice. Even Paytm is also suffering from huge loss. Friends, be careful. more

I have replied a similar post advising Hon'ble Members to make direct payments to the billing agencies and avoid using wallets like Paytm, Phonepe, MobiKwik. If unavoidable, add money to these wallets and make payment. In that case, if payment fails, money is back to the wallet, almost immediately. Moreover for God sake don't link your account directly to these wallets. Instead of blaming them, let be careful and take precautionary measures. more
