Oh common dear business men. Your motto is to aggrandize the profit. you have to add to the existing wealth. You want reduction in corporate tax. you want lowering the GST for the items you are interested. You wants removal of all control mechanisms. you want yourself free from the inspection. You do not want to move here and there for your work to be completed and thus you want Single Window . you are not asking more. you want to be honest tax payers only when your all other benefits met. But Alas, increasing the wages would create in loss. Rs 24,000 a devalued money would be killing you and therefore you want to kill your firm. Great Indian Mind. how can you see a happy india if your employees are not happy? is it enough to feed two sq. meals of an average 4 children family with the rent portion of a minimum of rs 5,000 and education expenses of minimum two is around 4000 pm. What we are expecting? what society we are creating? what message we are giving to have nots? If such minimum wages are imposed, thousands of honest businessmen will be forced to close down, and this will be a huge blow from which we will not recover. Dishonest businessmen will out more employees on cash salary, and pay more bribes to Labour Dept officials. The Government has no business to specify minimum wages. The market will handle that. more

yes you are right. we cannot afford to pay. also there is no sign of improvement in the present scenario. No action is being taken. more
