Micromax Mobile
I have been hearing a lot about poor after sales service. For the sake of formality, the company has customer care number 1860-500-8286 but the same does not work. Their service centres have some different type of problems with the company. One would be surprised if I write here that the consumers have been facing problems due to their service centres retaining the item for warranty service for as long as more than 3 to 4 months. Can any consumer share his/her experience with Micromax mobile. Needless to opine that the after sales warranty service is more valueable than the price of the product whatever it may be cheaper. more

I've really full sympathy for those who are blatantly denied "after sales service" on products they bought in good faith. But then this is not in India alone. Such practices are the order of the day in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong and China etc. more

Micromax is really a bad company. I had a phone from this company and once it stopped working, the service center could not do anything about it. I took it there twice I was really surprised as how they could make actor Hugh Jackman(X man fame) to do their ads. They have a service center in Laxmi nagar right opposite V3s mall and I heard many customers saying same thing...we will never purchase their products again..... Micromax or any other company needs to understand that Sales of a product does not end once customer has purchased it, in fact it starts after it....customer feedback, customer satisfaction and how they go around speaking about the company is most important. more
