Measures taken on vector borne diseases
Noida Residents:
Following actions have been taken in regards to minimising vector borne diseases and their treatment.
Asked principals to ensure cleanliness around educational institutions and to inform civic authorities about any garbage in the vicinity
Directed local bodies to ensure that anti-larva medication is sprayed in various parts of the district
Civic bodies have been asked to clean water bodies and increase the collection of garbage.
Leaves of all government doctors have been cancelled and the availability of doctors in OPDs has been increased.
Free test and treatment for Dengue at Govt multi speciality hospital
For private hospitals, Rs 50 cap put for preliminary dengue tests and Rs 600 for advanced tests.

Present sickness spread in Noida is not just due to mosquitos but could be a warning of future epidemic which might get out of hand from present madical facilites. The first and foremost requirement is to control uncontrolled/unsafe/unauthorised development in/around Noida. Present sewage system required to be made efficient to ensure proper flow without any floating garbage. more

Clean up the nalla and remove blockages to allow rain water to flow out and not collect in residential colonies.As rightly pointed out that stagnant water can cause serious health hazard where ever it collects for 3-4 days. more

No fogging in Block A Sector 31 since onset of rains. Garbage lying all over. Open drains full of slush. more
