MCD tenders
Dear Sir,
Please note MCD tenders are being made online and because of this there is lot of competition and in case somebody is trying to get them he has to quote much lower rates which are much lower then the actual workable rates and market price. Then the payment of these tenders are being done after 8 or 10 years under councillor head.
So with these circumstances doing actual work is not possible as contractors have to distribute 20% money as commission to various govt officials starting from Beldar till Exeutive engineer level along with admin staff such as LDC, UDC accountant etc.
So please take some measures so that people could not quote prices below 100% as work is not possible below this rate as calculated by JE and Executive Engineers office and staff.
A work which is supposed to be done at 100 Rs price, how it will be done at much lower rates of 20 Rs. with profit of another 20 Rs. and with commission of 20 Rs so altogether it becomes 60 Rs. Please do something as at these rates nothing is being done by these contractors and after 8 to 10 years when they get their payment they face heavy losses and are nowhere.

Why the terms of Partial Payment after say completion of 30% partial payment given and lastly but not the least hold the payment 15% and paid it after satisfactory utilization for 4 months duration and that to no Complaints received against the Work. Before allotment of Tender the bid has to be open asking first three lowest Tenderer asking for how they will complete within the schedule. IF the Authority is not Satisfied with him then the second lowest and lastly the third to be asked. If all the participants do not satisfy the quality of work and the duration of work with your satisfaction Revenge has to be made. more

Dear sir, Their is lot of corruption in MCD specially in tender allotment even Govt. declare that we have make it online so their is no corruption exist but the man who is behind this they haven't changed their mentality still corruption is their if 5 lakh sanctioned to contractor he will do only 1 lakh work no action was taking on this issue by MCD official whether he is commissioner or vigilance people or anti corruption cell even from LG office nothing is being done even after complaint lodged. All officials having sympathetic towards contractors because they are getting something else i.e. other source of income even if you complaint to councillor regarding this his behavior is similar to Officials only verbal he will say we will take action against it from back door in turn he will get gift from contractor so nothing will be done against this. So it is system is wrong whether u make it online or off line more
