SPECIFICALLY, IN BHIWANDI, AT EVERY INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE, THEY ARE EXTORTING MONEY, JUST FOR NOTHING. THEY ONLY EXTORT MONEY WITHOUT DOING THEIR WORK. THEY CHARGE FOR LOADING & UNLOADING, BUT THEY NEVER DO THAT EVEN AFTER TAKING MONEY. IF WE ASK THEM TO DO THEIR WORK, THEY ASK FOR MORE MONEY APART FROM THOSE EXTORTED AMOUNT. more

These people are mainly crowd puller for all political parties and are main source for creating Dharna Satyagrah or any type of nuisance including damaging public and private property.Part of the fund collected by them goes to the political party of their affiliation.Police will also think ten times before taking any action on them. more

Mathadi system is prevalent in Maharashtra and Kerala. In fact there is a Mathadi Board in Maharashtra. These are politically controlled and successive governments have been using these as vote banks. With minimum wages in place these have to go. But who will bell the cat? more

You ( the owners and warehousing owners) are to 100% blamed. When , our trusted 100% corrupt politicians stated eating your harvest, you ( the owners) considered, because, your work not suffering. But, now, the profit margin on trading or a manufacturered product is almost nil, so, one and all are feeling the pinch. You are all to be blamed for creating these corrupt mafias. no body can save you. Today mathadi union is powerful and whatever, they frame, is the law. If one peddles their earning, they don't even bother to create serious damage to the property. At this situation also, the so called 100% corrupt politicians behind this drama, keep away from you. Because, you are responsible for this deed. more

You cannot deprive Mathadis of their birthright. The recognised Labour Board would create more problems. After all, they have to protect Mathadis. more
