In my opinion discipline is not followed by citizens it MUST be enforced by executives. Because it is not enforced there is spread of COVID-19. How can people throw stones on medical and para-medical staff. How can they spit in residential area and/or remove clothing before female staff and/or throw edible food served to them and still get scott free. It is executives who are responsible for the debacle in handling the situation and MUST be brought to books with severe punishment. This is not normal time to tolerate indiscipline if our people have to survive and overcome COVID-19 threat. RYK. more
