Yes, Indeed it is in a bad state... and problem seems to be with state administration... lacking in taking adequate steps...and also difference between Central and State government administrations. more

The over view of entire episode indicates lack of proper coordination and experience in handling such large scale pendmic.Though the teams are dedicated and working to the best of their afforts,but desired result is not achived because of drawback as mentioned in the previous comments.Administration has left the management of entire supply chain on the police,who are not capable of defining methods and sratigy to manage the show.As a result people are coming out to get their needs voilating the protocole of lockdown.As a prudent civilian public should also restrain themself in coming out for silly issues.There has been serious violations of lockdown protocole by the public in various areas .we can not blame the administration for our fault.Infact such situation needs coopration and coordination at every level. Looking into entire episode the situation looks very serious and going out of contro day by day. more

Yes Maharashtra has a problem. President's is not the solution because that will only lead to more political animosity, given the Govt is being ruled by those who just want to criticise the Centre for anything. Let Maharashtra Govt decide on their own as to what can be done. more

The present administration seems devoid of ideas as to how to tackle this serious problem.If they cannot they should ask for help from the central government. more
