Seema my advice to all citizen is do not worry death. Fear of death has been now deep rooted into common man heart. And no one wants to die. I will suggest people must pay to live and not to die. The charges Govt is framing I do not think a common man can afford. And in the end his/her relatives have to carry the body wrapped in plastic. You can see there are very few conventional death in the last three months. I will not pay to die what may come. more
