Loud Music after 10 PM - Police Case Registered against DM

I am glad to see police taking action in Noida yesterday. DM of Jammu was getting married in Noida yesterday and they were playing loud music after 10 pm . Police has registered a case against DMs father under Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act and Sections 271 (Making atmosphere noxious to health), 291 (continuance of nuisance after injunction to discontinue) and 332 (Voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) was registered.

Next time we find loud music after 10 pm we should call 100. Only then it will become a norm. more

In my view the time 10 PM is not the time to sleep. Any way people should be cautious in future. more
