All startup CEOs should print and frame this in office
If the nation’s policemen and women are working 16 hours a day in heat and dust, startup management and employees can work atleast 10-12 hours a day in an air conditioned work environment.

Use of quality time for any business is more important then quantity time. Thus time span can be decided based on job nature. more

Statements like this and the coverage that is given to this very biased, lopsided insidious write ups do more damage than good to the society. There should be a proper study of the nature and hours of work handled by the Police. All the workers cannot be put or evaluated in one basket. There is a proper scientific process to evaluate the nature of work, the related stress and many other factors that need to be studied. Just passing off hand remarks sparking off debates will only produce harmful results. more

Policemen are over working, mainly because of the greed of the extra money they earn as bribe not out of their any commitment to sincerity, honesty or willingness. This is the general perception and is probably not wrong, which could be proved if their financial and economic conditions are probed. So, please do not compare policemen services with the employees working airconditioned offices are which is a pressure on them out of some conspiracy among the capitalists to extract outcome to fill employers' pockets. more
