If it is only due to doctor's negligence, NOT RIGHT. If due to management's wrong practices / not meeting the required obligations, BY ALL MEANS. An employee's mistake / behavior cannot be allowed to pull down the entire institution. more

Closing is no solution. We are already short of Medical Facilities in our country. If is closed what is the alternate govt has provided with same infrastructure and same bed capacity. The answer is ZERO. Now a days even people from lower income groups have Health insurance and they get treatment from these hospitals while the payment is done by insurance companies. Don't think they are only for High Income People. Best is to find the way that the private hospitals work properly and earn decent profit (not looting) so that people get good health care at reasonable price. Closing is NO NO. more

In the case of Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, I think it is not a negligent case but a difficult one may be for the doctors to diagnose for such a newly born. You may say it is a case of incompetency, but does not demand cancellation of a licence. The punishment given to the doctors given by the hospital should have been satisfying. After all, doctors are also human beings and are prone to commit a human error. But, in the case of Fortis, Gurugram, the cancellation of licence is desired and the Haryana Government should have initiated such an action immediately. All evidence as reported in the media goes against them. more

IMMEDIATELY AFTER RYAN SCHOOL GURUGRAM I HAD BROWSED WEBSITE OF RYAN & HAD WATCHED MODI G SHARING STAGE WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF THE SCHOOL AND THEREFORE IT TOOK LONG TIME FOR TAKING ACTION AGAINST RYAN SCHOOL. SIMILARLY IN THE CASE OF RAM RAHIM EPISODE OF SIRSA CENTRAL MINISTER AND HARYANA MINISTERS WERE SEEN TOUCHING FEET OF RAPIST ON A FUNCTION THEREFORE IT TOOK LONG TIME FOR ACTION AGAINST THE RAPIST BABA. Please do not make matter political yesterday only Mr Vij Hariyana minister told they are filing FIR hope action will be & should be taken based on inquiry. Wait court bill grant injection on the issue since government has acted in hurry without inquiry. Moreover it is fault of human not institution. more
