Let all of us writre the problems
Let all of us write the problems we face here and someone responsible can give an answer to solve it. Be practical to the point. Instead of talking big and do little, let us start with our own problems.
My Original document of the flat was with HDFC for housing loan and when the loan was over, they send it to the Government department (Reg. office Bandra) I went to collect it and they said it is send to Pune for computer numbering. (Now it is done here only) Over 10 years it is still with them. I went there few times and the same answer they said and asked me to follow up in Pune. Then I went abroad and did not check again till now and is still with them. I checked with an agent and he asked me Rs. 25000 to get this done. I know there is no such fees for this; it may be bribe and his service charge. Is any one can help me? or give a way to get it? more

I am surprised that till date no one from the BJP team or any other team member working against corruption has any solution to this simple problem. What Sudhakar has given is a standard procedure which a layman has to follow. It takes a long time and with unknown results. Abraham has already waited for more than 10 years without any response from the concerned dept. This is the perfect reason why people get attracted to corruption. If this Local Circle is not able provide solution to simple problems then why are we discussing all these issues? more

Mr. Chako: We faced same problem in past. the Solution is as follows : 1. Meet the concern persons once again. Note their name, your discussion points, time ,date etc. 2. Follow it up twice or thrice, giving letter/s which should include your last visit and discussion points. Every time you take the acknowledgement. Again note the same details. 3. Approach, Consumer Court along with your detailed letter and summery of complaint, photo copies of documents available with you. 4. Simultaneously, follow RTI Act solution. Ask Registrar office about the where about of your original document, time required. Write to them under RTI till you get clear answer. more

Write a letter with all relevant details and meet the head of concerned Dept or his deputy. Ensure to get an acknowledgement. If that doesn't work post that letter on this blog. Modi's team working to eradicate corruption will surely be able to help. more
