Lenovo is unable to repair a brand new S8 tablet - lack of spares

b) The helpdesk team repeats 4 times almost the same answer...Dear Mr. Bhat,
Sorry for the delay.
However, the concerned team is working to arrange the parts. But, it is getting delayed.
So, once we get an update regarding the parts we will let you know.
c) The voice support team asked me to write a mail to someone else in Lenovo to get an update on the spares availability.
We paid around 20000 for the brand new tab nd used it hardly 2 weeks. It was dropped and the screen was broken. The touch screen is also not functional half of the screen.
We have wasted 2 weeks almost running around their authorised service centers to hear that spares are not available to repair a brand new device which was sold legally in India. Then after, it is almost 1 month now that the support ticket is raised on mail, but, to get helplessness from their team.
Why should I keep a dead Lenovo device at home? Everytime I see this unit, I get irritated. It is better let me gift wrap it and send it to Indian CEO.
