Ms Neeru if he will charge extra for bill , he can also be booked under essential commodities Act. Even you can file petition thereby seeking directions to government to take action and control prices which is unfair trade practice for which you can also file petition before National Consumer under section 2(r) of Consumer Protection Act as public interest. more

Thanks Mr Sikka. He intimidates people by saying that there will be an extra charge for card payments or for receipts whereas his transactions are supposed to be inclusive of taxes. The shop has been raised at least twice but no action taken... Bribes ???? more

Please purchase the product with cash memo and file complaint with Fssai , if they don't take action then file a petition in Delhi High court. I am Lawyer , I will file without any charges only you have to bear expenses. more
