Karbonn company not returninh my handset
Please help me, how to get back my Karbonn mobile.I purchase this on sep-2013 and sent it to company to resolve heating and camera problems on 23-nov-2013. Where to file my complaint? I already write several mails to karbonn company but they only gave assurance. more

Today twitter and facebook also are very potent forums. Generally all consumer oriented companies do monitor twitter and facebook. Will be great if send your issue on twitter. If you want we as consumerlive will also send some twitts for your case. more

though u can see formats etc in the consumer protection act and on website u can see the forum for your district. but u can file complaint in any district. prefer to file it in the forum having jurisdiction at the place where the respondent has its office. address your complaint to the president consumer disputes redressal forum. and mention your grievance in different paragraphs. in last mention what you want and close it. attache documents if you have and submit it with postal order as per required fee. they will give a date for appearance. and on that date you have to tell the court about the issue and if they felt satisfied over the truthfulness of the case then they will issue notice to the respondent. then ur case will start. more

Dear Ravinder Bisht - Pl. do not waste further time in writing letters. You are advised to approach the Consumer Forum and seek a remedy. Remember, the limitation available is only 2 years under the Consumer Protection Act. more
