My son has booked a flat in J.P. Greens on Express Highway. HDFC Bank had also sanctioned and disbursed a part of loan against allotment of this flat. However HDFC Bank refused to give installment due in this month on the ground that there is no sufficient progress in the project, forcing my son to arrange money from other private sources. more

Mostly all their projects are delayed and the condition of builder is bad specially after SP government took charge. These days property is in general down so carefully bug in almost ready to move in properties. You can try ATS, Purvanchal and Stellar who are good in delivery and quality. If you need in JP than let me know I have a friend who want to sold his 1950sq ft flat just behind Adobe. But delivery is far delayed. more
