I agree that justice seems to have become a farce. We seem to be following rules and regulations, instead of doing what is correct.
The TOI has reported about the illegal activities taking place in the Khirki area for which Somnath Bharti is being implicated.
When the Police job has become to protect the Criminals, they treat their salary as pocket money , and this as perks for protecting criminals. Their perks are much better than the pathetic salary as they have sold their conscience long ago.
Citizens have no faith in the system, as it works in favour of the Criminals.
Likes of Sanajay Srivastava and many others have to be punished , if they come in the way of the Police, who earn their living by protecting law breakers. Somnath bharti was seen as putting spanner in the works and has to pay the price.
Most citizens dont like to report crime, as they dont expect any positive result. Its a blot on our Society. more

Yes, Aruna Arora ji, I fully agree with you. It is proved by unearthing the case of shooter, Tara Sahdev under which many judges seemed/alleged to be involved in the case. But during 49 days govt of AAP many systems were changed. They ordered for fast track courts for speedy judgement to the victims. delayed justice is denied justice. more

Aruna ji! You have highlighted here a burning issue. Though very unfortunate, but the picture you have presented is true. Citizens have no faith in the system, as it has become the Criminals-first instead of citizen-first. I must remind here, the same system went on a very quick self control and became citizen-first during the AAP government in Delhi. Nothing much is needed to clean this blot, I firmly believe. An honest person on top position and then a very small but a joint effort from all of us. more
