Investigate Corrupt Officers who were with Mallya
Vijay Mallya has escaped out of the country. Can transparency take up the cause of getting CVC/CBI to investigate all the corrupt officers who supported him from 2008 till now.
Mallya was apparently bribing officials at aviation ministry, state banks, oil companies, tax offices, pf offices, state govt. He was organizing fully paid trips for Govt officials to london and usa with shopping vouchers. Let us get the trails from phone companies, flying records so no industrialist can do this again. time to clean up India. Will PM Modi and his ED act, please? more

Investigation should be initiated against all bank officers who have passed loan to Vijay Mallaya and action taken on them. more

I think all those involved in sanctioning Bank Loans (from all Banks) should be called for investigation & the truth brought out as to who was responsible for short curcuiting the loan procedute to Vijay Mallya & Group by by passing the set norms. Obviously this could have been done only for a price (either cash or kind in the form of free air tickets). Those who are guilty should be brought to book so that it serves as a deterrent for the future. more

There is one more person to be caught for defaulting 4 lakh crores. ......modi govt should prove to voters like us citizens that Banks are to Develop India and not Destroy more

Read various options and suggestions from learned members. But all go in thin air, if any concrete action is not taken in time. What we, the concerned, can do in this case is to be thought. Hi all....... thanks for bringing this post. I view this as a preplanned approached by corrupt employees & Mallya which helped him escape..............it is a simple question when his airlines was grounded for defaulting & other reason, he did not replay loans, why wasn't he arrested & his assets attached. it is a clear view that he paid to escape & now banks are showing as if they did not know this & have raised allegations for defaulting. more
