INC - 22A form - date extension

It is very very hard for startups to comply to this requirement of putting a board in front of company building and take a photograph.

Can localcircles please take this up like they took angel tax and get this date extended from Apr 25 to June 1.

Otherwise many many startups will incur fine and what not. more

In the guidelines issued by MCA nowhere it is written that we have to put up company name board & take photo. Only a photo of external building front is to be taken. more
indian startup ecosystem has to go a long way in this bureaucratic setup of our country. more
It is very easy to criticize something but suggest a practical alternative. And I would like to know how hard it is to put a board and take a photograph. Just get a flex printed (Cost about Rs. 300.00 to Rs. 400.00), hang it in front of your office and take a photo using your mobile phone and send. Getting flex printed is easy. There are many web based companies offering you the same. It does not take more than 2 Hours time. 30 Minutes for ordering flex and 1.5 Hours to hang flex / banner in front of the office and take a photo. more
specially as many companies come up exist few days/ months then just vanish ? more
Even as I think this step of putting up photographs of Comapny name boards is a hare-brained idea of some babu with lots of free time on his/her hands, please enlighten us as to why 'it is very very hard for startups to comply to this requirement'. You hang a board, take a photo and you are done with it. What is so difficult? And if startups are not able to do it with 30 days already available, how will additional time be helpful? more
