INC-22 ACTIVE form filing date extended to June 15, 2019

We are pleased to share with you that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has accepted the LocalCircles request and extended the INC-22 ACTIVE filing last date from Apr 25 to June 15, 2019.

Attached is the official notification.

Thanks to all members who pointed out the various issues in regards to compliance issues with this requirement.

As always, LocalCircles remains committed to understanding issues of common interest and escalating them to Government for action. more

Dear local circles member, Thanks for your help in coordinating with mca guys for extending thee date. However it is not FREE for uploading as said earlier. They are charging Rs.6500/- for uploading the data they require. THIS IS A CRIMINAL WASTE OF MONEY. IF THEY WANT TO STOP ALL THE SHELL COMPANIES, THEN THEY CAN INCREASE THE FEE OF REGISTRATION OF THE NEW COMPANIES AND SHOULD CARRY OUT A PHYSICAL CHECK AS GOVT. DOES FOR ISSUING THE PASSPORT ETC....
