improvement in working style at MCD offices (especially House tax dept.)
Dear friends, just want to share with you all about the improvement in working style at MCD offices (especially House tax dept.) that I felt and observed when I met Mr.Satish Sharma, Asstt.Assessor & Collector/CNZ South Delhi who himself called me up asking me to come and collect the Property Mutation order the very next day when the cheque I paid towards the house tax differential got cleared and this act of his make me feel "change in working style with honesty at MCD offices has now began. suggest you all to share if any of the friends experienced such incident to encourage those who started playing major role in such improvement in MCD offices. Wish him a promotion soon. Thanks & rgds more

I am very delighted to hear if such improvement in the attitude of staff / officers of MCD I wish this should happened in all MCD offices covering all zones. more

I do not think this improvement is there. MCD is the most corrupt office in Delhi. Nothing moves without money. Yours' might be an exception. more

I travel frequently by train n sometimes at short notice without advance reservation. I found that every time the ticket examiner provide seats by charging the reservation charges (sometimes more) without issuing the proper receipt. Many a times they used to collect charges from the entire compartment comprising 106 seats but no receipts are issued. They simply write the seat no.on the face of the ticket & pocket the money themselves. more
